STREAMS Microbiome Guidelines

The Standards for Technical Reporting in Environmental and host-Associated Microbiome Studies (STREAMS) Guidelines are based on the STORMS reporting checklist. The STREAMS guidelines provide standardized lists to assist environmental, non-human host, and synthetic microbiome researchers with writing and reviewing manuscripts and data management plans.

We are excited to share that the STREAMS guidelines have been published in Nature Microbiology!
